Your package is moving through the carrier’s network toward your delivery address.
**Out for Delivery**
Your package is on the delivery vehicle and will arrive today.
**Delivered**
Your package has been successfully delivered to the address provided.
**Delayed**
There may be a delay in delivery due to weather, high volume, or other carrier issues.
**Exception**
There’s an issue with delivery. Check details or contact the carrier.

### When will I receive my tracking number?
You’ll receive your tracking number via email within 1-3 business days after placing your order, once your package has been shipped.
### My tracking number isn’t working. What should I do?
Tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to become active in the carrier’s system. If your tracking number still doesn’t work after 48 hours, please contact us at neophoenixstore@gmail.com.
### How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days after your order has been processed and shipped. Processing time is 1-3 business days.
### My tracking shows “Delivered” but I didn’t receive my package. What now?
1. Check with household members or neighbors
1. Look around your delivery location (porch, mailbox, building office)
1. Wait 24 hours (sometimes carriers mark as delivered prematurely)

### Can I change my delivery address after my order has shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the package has been shipped. You may be able to contact the carrier directly to request a delivery change, though this is not always possible.
### My package is stuck at the same location. Is this normal?
Packages sometimes stay at one location for several days, especially at sorting facilities. This is usually normal. If your package hasn’t moved for more than 5-7 days, please contact us.
